We were able to create a living Figma library friendly to designers, product and marketing managers, and developers to effectively prepare for the expansion of Herman Miller stores worldwide.

Herman Miller has "light" and "dark" modes for product pages to reflect the office and gaming sections of the store. This product page features a 360 view of the chair (including an option to view a 3D model), environmental pictures, and a product configurator with customizable options.

Certain custom chair options may take over 6 weeks to ship, while others may take only up to a week.
We identified painpoints in our current "In-Stock" chair selector (top) on our product pages to improve the chair configurator experience. Our proposed solution (bottom) clearly navigates pre-defined options for our office chairs while highlighting specific features and materials.

In Asia and Europe, it's common for customers to feel more comfortable speaking languages other than the predominant one in their respective country. We wanted to ensure that our customers are able to shop in the language that is best for them in the corresponding currency of their country.

We created a flexible component library for our marketing, digital product, and developer teams to utilize. These components are used to create flexible campaign pages throughout the store as well as marketing emails.
